How healthy is your meal :)

There are so many different food options we can find, but the key is to find the ones that keep us healthier.
If we workout everyday or every other day our body needs all the necessary nutrition to build up and re energize.
I have found my golden meals and it’s working great for me 🙂
Breakfast is always the same:
I have oats with hot water and a banana.
Gives me enough energy for my 45-60 minutes workout 🙂
After workout I drink (Cocoa & Milk) shake 🙂
Lunch:
Sometimes is different, but mostly steamed vegetables and beef 🙂
Dinner is always the same:
Lentils and chicken breast 🙂
For snacks I always have apples, I love them.
And all day I drink water, water, water 🙂 I’m crazy about it 🙂
These are my delicious everyday meals 🙂
They give me the necessary nutrition and it’s working, because are keeping me happy, very active and strong 🙂
There’s nothing better than a healthy life style 🙂

  1. I’m the same way man. I basically eat the same foods everyday and enjoy it because of the results they bring. If it isn’t broken don’t fix it.
