Everyday workout……

You hear so many advice’s about exercising everyday, that is not good for you, because you have to give your muscles some rest to recuperate. Yes I believe that, but I’ve been exercising everyday for almost three years (dumbbells, push ups, dips, squats, walks etc,,) and  I never had problems with my muscles. I’m not looking to be a bodybuilder and with what I’ve learned in military, everyday exercises is never bad for you, because it gives you strength and keeps you fit & strong. So to anyone out there and this is just my opinion, everyday exercises is awesome, keeps you happy most of the time and keeps the Doctor away 🙂 🙂 🙂

  1. Great to hear that you push yourself 🙂 Everyone’s body and routines are different, it is important to do what you are comfortable with. As long as you are feeling healthy and seeing the results, that all that matters. Best of luck with everything and don’t stop pushing yourself 🙂

  2. I have a question for you.. I need opinion (maybe you’ve had to deal with this too)
    What should I do if I have runny nose and I cough a bit? Should I do my exercises? What would you do?

  3. I would definitely go to a doctor, because that is something serious and only the doctor is an expert on that 🙂 Sounds like dehydration, but doctor knows best 🙂

  4. I’ve notice exercising daily gives me more energy…. even when I tired.
